UKAuthority Digital Health & Social Care 2019
Govtech, digital & data for the public good
Govtech, digital & data for the public good
Successfully integrating health and social care services offers the opportunity to unlock bed blocking and get people out of hospital and back to home as quickly as possible. How can we improve this journey? And how can we use technology to keep older and vulnerable people, and those with chronic diseases, safe and well in their own homes? Can real time monitoring and data analytics enable carers to predict and prevent crises? Can technology place people in the centre of a virtual circle of friends and carers to combat loneliness in an increasingly hectic world?
