About Salary Finance

The company is co-founded by Dan Cobley (the former Head of Google UK), Asesh Sarkar (former banking consultant) and Daniel Shakhani (social impact entrepreneur).

We are a for-profit company underpinned by a social purpose: to help middle-to-low-income employees improve their financial health. We do this by helping them to pay off their debt faster and save towards their financial goals.

We believe that the financial services industry is regressive and that it is one of the big problems in society today. Higher earners get access to better-value financial products than lower earners, driving inequality in society.
