About Salary Finance

SalaryFinance is one of the UK’s fastest-growing employee benefits.

We bring deep expertise in financial technology (FinTech) to help employees to improve their financial health.

The company is co-founded by Dan Cobley (the former Head of Google UK), Asesh Sarkar (former banking consultant) and Daniel Shakhani (social impact entrepreneur).

A business with a social purpose

We are a for-profit company underpinned by a social purpose: to help middle-to-low-income employees improve their financial health. We do this by helping them to pay off their debt faster and save towards their financial goals.

We believe that the financial services industry is regressive and that it is one of the big problems in society today. Higher earners get access to better-value financial products than lower earners, driving inequality in society.

Through technology and innovation, and with the support of employers, we can make the lives of millions of employees in the UK less stressful, more productive and much happier.

Our Partners

Our funding partners are Zopa and RateSetter, who have both lent over £1bn to UK consumers, and regularly win awards for providing outstanding customer services and for being the most trusted financial institutions.

We are also integrated with industry leading employee benefits platforms, such as Benefex and GroupSchemes, providing access to over 1 million employees in the UK.
