Providing employees tailor-made by you

Arch creates cost-effective IT & Digital Skills by tapping into a talent pool overlooked by our competitors: young people coming into the workforce for the first time.

Proven and growing solution to the IT and Digital Skills Gap

The IT and Digital Industries are facing a skills shortage.  By 2017 over 900,000 additional workers with entry level Digital and IT skills will be needed to meet demand.  With few recognised Digital degrees and agencies rushing to skill up existing staff, employers are rushing to find the best fit for their skills gap. Apprentices are now recognised as the proven and growing solution.

  • Apprentices are tailor-made by you in accordance with your skill requirements.
  • Apprentices deliver day-to-day recurring tasks with enthusiasm and skill
  • 10,000 young people started apprenticeships in the IT, Digital and Media sectors in 2012/13
  • SMEs are now more likely to hire an apprentice than a graduate

Arch works with Britain’s brightest companies

The UK’s leading businesses have chosen to work with Arch Apprentices, with over 300 young people and over 100 employers already enjoying the benefits of Arch Apprentices.

Employers include Google, Facebook, The Guardian and Barclays, as well as digital marketing agencies, publishers, e-tailers, IT firms, tech companies, charities and public bodies. We partner with leading industry organisations, such as HP and Microsoft, to deliver training of the highest quality.

93% of apprentices go into full time employment on completion of their Arch Apprenticeship.

Arch is part of the Agilisys Group. We are, therefore, both an employer of apprentices and our own training provider.

“Facebook is delighted with the Arch Apprenticeship programme.  Our four young apprentices have impressed us with their skillset and knowledge.  They have a hunger to learn and an enthusiasm to work hard.  Arch Apprentices and the team have been hugely supportive, providing off-site training and guidance throughout the apprenticeship.”
