University of Huddersfield partners with Agilisys to deliver improved collaborative environment

Microsoft Gold Partner Agilisys partners with the University of Huddersfield

Agilisys has been selected by the University of Huddersfield as strategic partner for its Microsoft Office 365 implementation.

The University selected Agilisys, which holds Gold Partner status with Microsoft, based on its  experience of successfully partnering with other organisations – of a similar size – to roll out and embed the suite of Microsoft office tools.

Office 365 is fast becoming the cloud-based productivity suite of choice for organisations looking to enable greater cross-team collaboration, as well as offer more opportunities for flexible and mobile working.

Agilisys and the University will work together to develop full use of the Office 365 suite, building on and enhancing the University’s existing skills and capabilities to ensure knowledge transfer right across the university.

Krish Pilicudale, Deputy Director of Computing & Library Services at the University of Huddersfield said: “The rollout of Office 365 promises significant benefits to the University, our academic and administration staff as well as our students. These include improved efficiency and better collaboration with our academic partners, who are increasingly working in dispersed locations as we extend our global reach in innovation and research.
