Female GovTech Leaders - 6-4 revealed!

Our inaugural Female GovTech Leaders ranking spotlights influential women across the public sector who are leaders, trailblazers and transformers.

Earlier this month, we put forward a longlist of leaders to an audience vote. This week we’ll be announcing the results of the vote – listing the top ten women voted for by our readers. Today we feature those in positions 6 to 4.

Thank you to everybody who voted.

  1. Tracy Lindeman, Assistant Director, Suffolk County Council

Tracy is an inspirational leader who is passionate about driving innovation and change by championing technology.

Tracy is focused on promoting and supporting this culture of change for the benefit of our organisation and workforce, but most importantly for residents. An example of this is the System Transformation programme, an £8m set of workstreams to bring efficiencies and savings to our social care directorates and practice. Tracy took this proposal to cabinet, during a climate of austerity, and was successful in gaining the funding to transform our services to support us to save in the long term, better manage our significant demand and above all ensure that we provide the best outcomes of those that we serve.
