Nominations open for inaugural Digital by Default News Female Leaders in GovTech ranking

We’re delighted to announce the launch of our inaugural Female Leaders in GovTech 2018 ranking, created to spotlight influential women across the public sector who are leaders, trailblazers and transforming their respective fields.

This ranking aims to celebrate women who wield significant influence, foster change and spearhead important teams and initiatives within all levels of the public sector.

As conversations around gender pay gaps, workplace sexism and the disproportionate lack of female leaders continue, it is more important than ever to celebrate powerful women who inspire others and are instrumental in driving progress and change.

To nominate an individual for the ranking, or to put your name into the hat, please complete the nomination form, which includes a short supporting statement outlining the impact they have made on the leadership, design and delivery of government technology.

The deadline for entries is Friday 8th June 2018.

Once nominations have been received, we’ll invite readers of Digital by Default News to vote for the female leaders they think should top our ranking. Watch this space for more information.

The nomination form can be accessed here.
