As the crisis in social care continues to hit the headlines, Digital Leaders want to ask how digital technology could help deliver the vital step change our nation’s care services need

Local authority cuts have left more than one million people without the assistance they need in their homes. Residential care homes are closing at an unprecedented rate and hospitals are at capacity.

As the crisis in social care continues to hit the headlines, Digital Leaders want to ask how digital technology could help deliver the vital step change our nation’s care services need.

The organisation is keen to gather views from as many people as possible regardless of whether they work in the health or social care sector.

Highlighting the importance of the issue, Nadra Ahmed, chair of the National Care Association, said: “We are now beyond the crisis point. We really are at the edge of the cliff now.”
