CSE self-assessment tool launched

Tool provides organisations with update on how close they are to achieving the customer service standard

Customer Service Excellence (CSE) has developed and launched a new self-assessment tool which allows users to answer a few questions and find out what areas need to be focused on in order to achieve the standard.

To use the tool users need to complete a very short registration questionnaire, after which they can download a summary of status in PDF format.

The tools is designed to be dynamic so you can log in and update the form to keep a running check of your progress. To access the tool click here.

The Government wants services for all that are efficient, effective, excellent, equitable and empowering – with the citizen always and everywhere at the heart of service provision. With this in mind Customer Service Excellence was developed to offer services a practical tool for driving customer-focused change within their organisation.
