CSE self-assessment tool launched
Tool provides organisations with update on how close they are to achieving the customer service standard
Customer Service Excellence (CSE) has developed and launched a new self-assessment tool which allows users to answer a few questions and find out what areas need to be focused on in order to achieve the standard.
To use the tool users need to complete a very short registration questionnaire, after which they can download a summary of status in PDF format.
