International service management software company TOPdesk has teamed up with Bramble Hub to join the UK Government Procurement Service G-Cloud Framework, in a move to extend its offerings within the public sector.

In order to be accepted on to the G-Cloud Framework and be available via the UK Government’s Digital Marketplace portal, the TOPdesk solution was submitted for approval against a strict set of evaluation criteria and assurance checks.

TOPdesk is a tool that seamlessly integrates multiple support processes in a single system: IT, FM, HR; simplifying collaboration among departments. It allows setting up a single point of contact and delivering Shared Service Management. Thanks to the extensive rights and roles system, each department can use the same tool while retaining its own secure work environment.

Customers in the public sector have found that TOPdesk’s end-user licensing model makes centralising services more cost effective.

Rik Prins, Managing Director of TOPdesk UK, says: “TOPdesk is very pleased that our solutions are now available via G-Cloud allowing UK organisations to easily and safely choose our tool to support Shared Service Management.”

Roland Cunningham, Bramble Hub’s Partner Director, says: “We are delighted to be working with TOPdesk to offer their solutions via the Digital Marketplace portal. These are exactly the kind of high quality, specialist solutions that UK Government needs, to enable it to take advantage of shared service technologies and lower their costs.”
