Managing change: public services beyond 2015

On December 9th, delegates will get the opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners from across the public sector with invaluable knowledge and experience of leading innovative change initiatives at both a local and national scale.

On December 9th between 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, ‘Managing change: public services beyond 2015’, will take place at Manchester Conference Centre.

The event will support public sector organisations and managers transform how services are delivered in order to meet public expectations with less funding. The solution will require some radical change and re-shaping of services as well as more traditional ways to improve productivity in order to provide the services that people need.

Delegates will get the opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners from across the public sector with invaluable knowledge and experience of leading innovative change initiatives at both a local and national scale. They will receive practical advice and inspiration from a range of real-life examples from public and private sector sources to help lead on change management and service improvement.
