Pitch 10 event at Downing Street aims to bring attention to UK digital sector

The event was organised by Joanna Shields, the Prime Minister’s Adviser on the Digital Economy, and was attended by some of the most promising digital companies.

Some of the most promising digital companies in Britain attended an event in Downing Street, hosted by the Prime Minister, called Pitch 10. The event aimed to bring more attention to the UK digital sector and create links between startups and prospective partners.

Companies that presented included Huddle, Mimecast, Digital Shadows and CertiVox.

The event was organised by Joanna Shields, the Prime Minister’s Adviser on the Digital Economy. In the video below, she speaks about the event and the digital economy.
