'Trip advisor' style online hub launched to ease pressure on Practice Managers

Practiceindex.co.uk is the first digital directory solely for GP practice managers to find the best suppliers specific to the GP sector, all under one roof.

A new website set to save GP practice managers time and money has launched in the UK this month.

Practiceindex.co.uk is the first digital directory solely for GP practice managers to find the best suppliers specific to the GP sector, all under one roof.

Listing hundreds of companies with a ‘TripAdvisor’ style rating system, practice managers can review the best and worst companies themselves, so that others can be sure they get a good service. Listing services from janitorial supplies and stationery, to medical equipment and disposal, PMs only need to go to one place to find the supplier they need.

Practice index Founder James Dillon said:“Having worked in the GP sector for a number of years, it became clear that practice managers simply don’t have the time to look for alternative suppliers and often end up using the same companies year on year even though they might not be offering the best service.

“We built Practice Index for practice managers to search for suppliers easily, all under one roof, and base their choices on recommendations from their peers.”

Practice managers can visit the site at www.practiceindex.co.uk and start searching for and reviewing suppliers today.
