The Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority is launching a customer portal. People applying online from 14 July may be invited to use it.

The portal lets citizens send information, including injury photographs, online. They can also download bespoke medical forms for their GP to complete.

The Authority has built step-by-step guidance into the portal to make using it as simple as possible.
