Socitm is working together with the Government Digital Service, prototyping digital transaction performance analytics. At Socitm Spring 2014, Matt Harrington of GDS and Steve Halliday of Socitm explained what progress has been made and what the priorities are for the future.

In this video, they look at whether GDS’ digital assets can support local government initiatives. The video also shows that although the development of digital transactions in local government is well advanced in many authorities, there is ample opportunity to deliver more to citizens.
