Nine23's Managed Mobility as a Service trialled in RAF, British Army

The service provides a competent platform for the delivery of any business related training that carries a security requirement. The company is currently running pilot projects within the UK Ministry of Defence, the British Army and the Royal Air Force.

Mobile technology and cloud solutions provider Nine23 has launched Managed Mobility as a Service (MMaaS), a tailor made mobility service that ensures the effective mobile strategy and efficient use of resources for any enterprise requirement. The service draws together bespoke mobile “App” software, hardware, and Mobility Services (MDM, CMS, BYOD, Business Intelligence) at its core.

The service also provides a competent platform  for the delivery of any business related training that carries a security requirement. The company is currently running pilot projects within the UK Ministry of Defence, the British Army and the Royal Air Force.

According to Stuart McKean, MD of Nine23: “Managed Mobility as a Service is the natural next development in delivering a secure, efficient and effective working environment for employees who need to work independently from their fixed desktop, and who require easy and secure access to their up-to-date business documentation. Most organisations today know that their workforce are using mobile devices but have a problem understanding how to control it, simply saying ‘no’ or ‘you can’t’ is not the answer. We designed MMaaS to put you back in control of your organisation’s secure mobile communications”.

Nine23 is an a mobility solution provider currently supplying the RAF with iPads, Mobile Device Management, Content Management System and an Enterprise level ecosystem.
