County Durham & Darlington FRS will use FireWatch to streamline back office process

Infographics UK has announced County Durham & Darlington Fire & Rescue Service (FRS) as its latest new FireWatch® and FloSuite® client. The deal follows other recent wins, including Staffordshire FRS and Northamptonshire FRS.

Infographics UK has announced that County Durham & Darlington Fire & Rescue Service (FRS) as its latest new FireWatch® and FloSuite® client. The deal follows other recent wins, including Staffordshire FRS and Northamptonshire FRS.

County Durham & Darlington FRS joins a growing base of around one third of the UK’s Fire and Rescue Services who use FireWatch software to help plan, manage, streamline and integrate their back office and operational processes.

John Hewitt, Deputy Chief Executive at County Durham & Darlington FRS, said “The Service was most impressed by the sector specific development and substantial integration that Infographics have achieved.  All organisations are striving for greater value for money from their investments and we are convinced that by working in partnership with Infographics we will achieve greater process and efficiency improvements.”

Within the Fire and Rescue Service, there is a migration away from stand-alone or loosely integrated departmental packages occurring.

Using FireWatch, and our FloSuite Case and Process Management product, Infographics helps clients to ‘join up’ disparate departments and functions, eliminate ‘silo’ working practices, reduce risk and increase efficiency. Recent case studies have shown significant data, process and risk improvements, as well as efficiency savings of around 40%.
